Recently 8 have done stapler circumcision it's 6th week now I'm facing some irritation when I open the head and see that is small wound is it ok to apply the antibiotics given after surgery

Looks like the wound is still raw. Ok to apply antibiotic cream. Consult your surgeon who performed circumcision.
