The problem is from past week I'm observing brown stains on teeth how to remove those stains? Is it safe to use baking soda with water?

Dont use baking soda....it will cause more abrasion that will ultimately cause sensitivity ... you should visit dentist..... most of the stains removed by scaling and polishing but some intrinsic stains has to be removed  by bleaching
