Here's is the whole report of pet/CT scan. can you please evaluate the stage. no other symptoms than the right side cervical lymph nodes swelling. all blood reports came out normal. deavuille score 5 means the severity of the disease??

Looks like stage -1. Deavuille score doesn't not the severity of lymphoma. It tells us about the significance of the finding especially after treatment..
Next Steps
Medical Hematologist or a clinical hematologist should correlate this scan with other findings and discuss the options..

Deauville score just implies the intensity of uptake, and possibly hints towards the grade. The fact that uptake is restricted only to the neck nodes puts it at Stage 1. The lymph node needs to be biopsied, before commenting on treatment options and expected outcomes
