Stage 3 lung adenocarcinoma

Stage 3 Lung moderately differentiated Adenocarcinoma found in my 69 year old mother's right lung.. No Metastasis found in Pet Scan.. No symptoms except mild coughing and right side back pain.. Is this curable? How long will be the treatment? Will my mom be alright?

History - noted Treatment is available , the treatment plan will be decided based on patient general health and other performance status parameters . Usually for this stage if she a healthy enough to tolerate the treatment is radial therapy combined with chemotherapy . Duration - approx 30 days for initial treatment. Prognosis and detailed opinion regarding treatment can be explained to you after examining all investigations reports and patient’s performance status
