Dear Sir/ Mam, the child definitely looks like has a squint. in zoomed image I can even see a white spot in the black part of the eye in both eyes. So this may be cataract both eyes with Esotropia. She needs urgent check up. please see a pediatric ophthalmologist or any ophthalmologist nearby and get her checked.
Next Steps
Urgent consultation

Hello , Your baby girl might have a pseudosquint ( appears like squint but it's not) How is her vision...by this time she must be able to grasp and hold things you show in front of her face. , Follow those objects, and through your photo I can see she is directly looking at the camera.
Next Steps
keep track of her vision, and please avoid showing any mobile or laptop. ( anything that involves near work)
Health Tips
pseudosquint goes off as her face changes by 3 to 4 years.

It looks like a Pseudosquint from the image, which means that it looks like a squint but actually it's not. Usually it's because of the eyelid structure that leads to such appearence. It normalizes with growth of the child. Though you should consult a Pediatric Ophthalmologist post lockdown, as detailed clinical evaluation is needed for an accurate diagnosis.
