Can a squint by birth can be treated by operation for female at the age of 31 ? How lazy eye and squint can be differentiated and treated differently . In case double vision develops further, can it be treated ?

Squint can be corrected at any age. If the eye has lazy eye and vision is poor in that eye, the stability of the surgery may not last for long and there are more chances of recurrence of squint. Double vision also can be corrected based on the cause and angle of squint.
