I'm having a squient doctor told me to operate it iam having only 5 to 10 degree of squient inverted after operation is there any chances of increases of squint degree is it operation worth at these age

I am sure your eye surgeon will be careful. In small degrees of Squint you can have occasionally overcorrection resulting in a convergent Squint becoming divergent or vice Versa.
