A wound in mouth didn't got rectified from 3 months . On visiting doctor he suggested for biopsy and the results shows squamous cell carcinoma.

Hello. What is the exact location of wound. The treatment depend on the site and extent of the lesion based on clinical and radiological examinations. If surgery is feasible then surgery followed by depending on the histopathological report the adjuvant treatment like radiation and chemotherapy can be given. If inoperable in case of locally advanced lesion then upfront radiation and chemotherapy and surgery for salvage purpose.
Next Steps
Clinical examination by oncologist MRI of face and neck to find out local extension or surgical feasibility PETCT optional.

HPE is suggestive of squamous cell cancer. Further work up with CEMRI is required to find local extension of disease. If operable then surgery is required followed by adj treatment. If in operable then radiation therapy n chemotherapy is required.
