Take Tablet Pause 500 mg Three times a day for three days. It can be increased upto 1 gm three times a day for 5-7 days
Next Steps
Upto 2-4 GMs per day may be required in some cases

Hi. If there is spotting from 2 months then please do a Pelvic scan first to see the uterus and ovaries and ET . Pause 500 can be taken for 5 days , two times a day . After that you need hormonal tabs depending on ET.
