Spotting nd flow after 14 days of period

First der was spotting and then their was flow after 14 days of regular period. Today i consulted a gynac, she gave me a medicine named pause for per and said that it is because of ovulation .. But still i'm concerned, because this is the first time my period was irregular

Maybe due to medicine.I think this is hormones imbalance.Get done ultrasonography to know the condition of ovaries.For details contact me through practo online.Also get done TSH level.
