Spotting issue

I am having spotting 3 months on a row.. But no periods... Last periods was on September... Taking thyronorm 50mg since 2 years... My TSH is 3.95.. Have diagnoses with PCOD last year.. Any suggestions or Treatment plan? TIA

Repeat your pelvic scan, it helps in diagnosis. Please get yourself examined by gynecologist for other causes like cervical polyp, inflammation or erosions. If its PCOS, it's hormonal imbalance leading to irregular menstruation. Your TSH is normal.
