Am having spotting issue from 28th day and today is 30th day,no period still.Having backpain and sometime cramps as well

What was ur due date? Have you taken an ipill ? Are u having irregular periods issue? U need to get back with all these details so that we are able to advise you further on this. Harmonal imbalance is most common reason but still we would like to know the details.
