Spotting in week 27, is it normal?

Today afternoon I had an episode of spotting / dark brown reddish discharge. I took Pause 500(as prescribed by my doctor as SOS) . No spotting/bleeding after that. I m feeling baby movements. Is this concerning discharge? I am unable to keep calm. shall I visit the doctor now in emergency or can wait till tomorrow? Please suggest.

You need an ultrasound to understand the reason for the brown discharge or spotting you haven't mentioned weeks of pregnancy
