Spotting between periods

I have pcod for several years, I had my last period on 1 st march, from 1st March to 4 th March , I had spotting and I bleed but today after 18 th March , I washroom I see blood again, what  is the reason behind it

It may be due to hormonal imbalance. If spotting continues,  we need to start hormonal medication for sometime.
