I hv pcod..last month my due date is 31st..this tym i hv getting spotting from 21st..i,e from 10 days prior.. Pregnancy test is negative Is it happen from pcod or its normal

It can happen in PCOS as progesterone deficit. Best way to treat PCOS is lifestyle modification, Excercise regularly weight loss with diet modification. Avoid spicy and oily junk food. Avoid stress and anxiiety Prefer green leafy vegetables and fruits Plenty of fluids throughout the day.

yes this is because of hormonal imbalance, due to pcod,do regular exercises brisk walk, take healthy balanced diet, avoid oily sugary food avoid stress.
