Is surgery needed for spondylolisthesis grade 2. The is negligible in back and not regular. I can walk 2 km after that I feel that I should sit.

spondylolysthesis is due to unstable joit in back bone . you have to avoid any stress on back bones. avoid long distance traveling weight lifting.  After surgery no such restrictions.
