Low grade glioma to high grade

My father got 1 sezere in 2013 rule out to be low grade glioma and we operated in 2015 and pulled out that tumor now again when MRI done tumor grows back so doctor saying resurgery so what need to be do e ?? We want to avoid surgery as these grow back ...
