After 12 sessions of cold laser theraphy my spondilosis problem is cured better than before. But today i just drive my Scooter for 5 km long .. now i get back same position of my pain as it was in starting day. Someone may suggest me the best remedy.

U have to avoid 2 wheeler as much as possible Pl do physiotherapy as before Neck exercise
