I have been diagnosed with hypertension and OSA a couple of months back and after reducing weight, the snoring has reduced. And with hypertension medication BP is normal now.
But whenever I fall asleep my spo2 level still falls to less than 75. This has been the same for more than 6 months now.
What could be the problem and what specialist should I consult?
