Doctor i m having very problem in walking and standing.. i have slip disc l4-5. my age is 31 but the problem is i have seen many negative comment on youtube about spine surgery...and people also advising not to do... please tell me is this very danger...cant i able to live normal life now? i have attached report also please suggest

Not all patients of backache need surgery. Most of them can be treated with out surgery. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. How severe is your problem at present. As per the report, there is compression at the level of L4-L5. Spine surgery is very common and very safe procedure if done by a trained person.
Next Steps
If the pain is severe and you are not getting relieved by medicines, better to go ahead for surgery. There are options of endoscopic spine surgery as well these days. If you have the facility of that at your place, even that can be planned..
