I have been diagnosed with spinal tb after a long suffering of back pain for 2 years. Now, i was taking AKT4 from last 3 months but with no relief. So, Dr advised advised me to take indocap sr 75 mg to bear pain. But now it’s been more than 3 months and i am in huge whole back pain with no relief. Only indocap relieves me for some time. Tb spine takes so much of time for any relief? My doctor is not listening to me and telling me to continue with ATT only. Pls suggest why i am having no relief

Spinal tuberculosis will take about 18 months of continuing Medical treatment. If you are not at all relieved since 3 months, please consider revisiting your orthopaedic surgeon. U might need a small surgery based on findings of mri and clinical examination.
