Hello respected doctors. Ive leg pain from 2 months. Doctor told me to do mri. Im attaching the report. Plz tell me about report. Does physiotherapy work in my case?

There is disc prolapse at multiple levels most significant being at L4-L5 level That may be the probable cause for pain in leg region
