There is disc prolapse at multiple levels most significant being at L4-L5 level That may be the probable cause for pain in leg region

You should visit a Spine surgeon and get clinically evaluated to find out if there is any weakness developing because of this issue. You need to take rest, start analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally,  use Lumbosacral belt for support.
