My waist pain is so much severe. in fact this problem leads to problem in my doing toilet. may be this is due to the spinal

Madam you need to get yourself examined .This pain may be due to your back or even your hips which need to be differentiated . Mild Analgesics along with Calcium supplementation and Local gel should help.

Do not do heavy work. No forward bending . Avoid lifting heavy weight and sitting on floor.
