Hi, My spinal cord has been hurting a lot since two days. When I touch it, it hurts so bad that I feel like screaming. The lower spinal cord is hurting the most. It is difficult for me to bend down. I got a back massage done before this pain started. I am not sure if that is the reason it is paining so much. Can you please suggest for what should I do regarding it?
