I have a lump on my right testicle from past 5years.it is increased in size and I also have excessive precum problem .is it dangerous or it effect my fertility?? I knw this is a disease.i m very scared .Kindly help me out

generally this won't cause any problems with fertility. if you are afraid, do a semen analysis after 3days of abstinence that is not indulging in sex or doing masturbation. We'll know the solution
