It's been 3years of marriage and I have problem of sperm count low to 1 million only. I was taking airvedick medicine for 6 month it went up to 10 million and some Dr told its every so I started taking normal medicine and it had decreased and increased to 1 now. What to do to increase sperm count. Which is the best opt
