Seman report keep on changing  every three months. Do not rush to therapy on single Seman analysis report. U my repeat Seman analysis after one month wjth proper abstinence /proper collection without spillage. For normal pregnancy it should be more then 20 million. 10 million is a low count to cause pregnancy as per World Health Organisation guidelines.
