Speech problem after wisdom tooth extrac

I had a minor speech problem for 2 days before tooth extraction, there was infection and dr told me this was due to infection, now after a month i still have numbness and same minor speech problem that no one can notice, but i can tell this is not the same...is it because of tooth extraction or there is something else ?
