My son is 2 years old . He is very active and very social. Weight is 10.5 kg and height 87cm. He talking gibberish mostly some words in our mother tongue he can able to speak . He can point out when we say a for Apple he can point on Apple but doesn't say Apple himself. He is able to say tiger like "ti- er" some times. But mostly we don't understand what he is saying . He is very talkative child . Is there any problem on him? I am worried. Please help

From what you say your baby is over active He able to usual words like mum dad No problem Don’t get panic Intelligent kids some time wants to impress you Hence leads to this behaviour Try to pretend that you don’t understand what he wants make him say in words Reward him say by applause or by saying very good Don’t discourage him The hyper active will become normal by proper Guidance needs some patience

You can go to child council for testing his hearing Or IQ at near by centre if you are not sure
