My 3 years old son understands and follows each and every instruction given to him. Also, there is NO abnormality in his behavior i.e no autism symptoms, no sensory symptoms or any kind of hyperness issue. He only speaks "mumma" and uses "oo" sound whenever he wants to say something.

He needs to be tested for hearing assessment and also check for tongue tie. Though you are saying that behavior is normal but still he needs to be tested on M chat parameters.
