Speaking problem for my kid

My kid is 3 and half years old. He initially said few rhymes, he also used to say A-Z and 1-10 along with shapes and few colours. Once said mummy daddy also but all of a sudden he stopped speaking and not speaking like rhymes, alphabets or numbers..He is responding to his name. can you guide me where to start with his treatment.

If so it looks worrisome ,u need to visit a developmental pediatrician who also has a speech therapist in their unit ,but evaluation is must ,no delay please.
