I am suffering from spacemodice dysphonia . Some times I feel defuculty in speaking/talking.
Spasmodic dysphonia is a voice disorder where vocal cords go into spasm. There are many relaxation techniques, which can be taught by a good voice therapist. Other options are botox injection in vocal cords in severe cases.
