Have faced this issue of dental space infection and so removed the damaged tooth but now am experiencing the same symptoms is there any medicine which can help to stop it in starting stage.

After clinical examination and xray examination the reason can be found..depending on type of pain and occurrence  of pain .. there may be another tooth beside the previously removed tooth which is a aching now.. take dolo 650 for temporary relief
