For several months now sometimes sounds in my head or the brain, occur in my while there is some activity in my stomach. I have GERD & I have consulted for this at hospital the doctor said it's normal as the body is interconnected. Is it normal though?

It is normal . Pls don't worry. It can be tinnitus sometime. Ringing sensation in ear. Do consult doctor once for physical examination.
