  4. Sound in my ear. A few days. pls advice!

Sound in my ear

I sometimes get sound in my ears when I move my eye balls. The sound is similar to what we hear while a sprinkler irrigation tap is rotating or the sound one gets when we move a cane across falling water. It sounds like "shap shap". It lasts sometimes for a few hours and sometimes it is there for a few days. Pls advice
