One year back, A wall hit to my left chest directly. At that time I felt little pain in left chest bones. And then later I lift some weights and then onwards started the problem like "when moving my left shoulder front n back Im getting a sound like TAKK n little pain at particular left chest bone or muscle". Done X-ray nothing found, took hot pack n vitamin tablets as well. Breathing is good. But still having same problem in left chest rib bone. And some times with rib body as well.
