Bad sore throat with mild fever that comes and goes. Have had this for the past 3 days. Best medicine to treat? Somebody told me to have 'diclomol' but I'm not sure.

Diclomol is an analgesic tablet for pain relief.do antiseptic gargle after each meal.antibiotic cant prescribe without seeing.visit an ENT specialist for assessment.
