Tested Positive On 10 Th Jan. Became Negative with in three days without any issue. Can I Go to gym from 17 th Jan.. I use to aerobic& Muscle Strength Everyday for 1.15 Mts. I am 55 yrs old with no complications. Can I consume alcohol atleast 2 Pegs During Weekends?
