Sore throat infection help!

Started from sore throat after taking chilled food stuff. It has been two days now. My symptoms : Phelgm in throat Runny nose Body ache Headache I am living in Australia, so please advise to take antibiotics or not? I have azithromycin 500mg. I don't want to go to a doctor. Thanks!

It looks like viral infection only. Take symptomatic treatment.
