I have sore throat continuously last one month. I have taken cefexime cefadoxime clindamycin. I have also osmf.and recurring ulcer in below tounge

Sore throat lasting for a month is unlikely to be infection. You might be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. It may require treatment with anti reflux medications
