Hello I tell u my problem 1 I feel sore throat daily after eating anything and I have also stomach problems 2 when I bath with cold water putting first time water on body,I feel that my nose is block and sometimes in winter when I sleep this problem also happens or when I feel cold than I feel my nose is block So tell me exact problem and treatment of it

Hi sir Seems like you have allergic symptoms . Kindly visit in person for proper treatment and diagnosis . Meanwhile you can take an anti allergic tablet .
