Having consistent pain in throat while breathing and swallowing since 2 days. Feeling severe headache on several occasions. Body pain and fever like feeling. No cough, no cold. Possible reason may be smoking, avoiding it since symptoms.

Please gurgle with luke warm saline 2 to 3 times daily. Take tab paracetamol 1 tab 2 to 3 times daily for 3 to 4 days. If not improved , consult a good ENT doctor for thorough checkup.
