From yesterday morning, I have had a sore throat which feels like my throat is burnt because of acidity. Hardly a month ago i visited an ENT doctor for cough which was treated after medication. Two days ago, i consumed some acidic food along with a cold drink for dinner. And since a few days, there has been  repair construction of our building which has led to dusty air around us. I guess a combination of these has caused me a sore throat. I have done betadine gargle and am taking antacid. Please suggest a medicine course to treat my sore throat. (Check the attachment, i have uploaded a picture of sore throat). Thank you!

Go for proper antibiotic treatment for the same along with gargle

You can continue gargles and antacid, along with that, can start tab augmentin 1g twice a day for one week. Take adequate fluids
