There is a white sore looking patch on my gum which is painful while eating, chewing, brushing and even when my lips are touched with it. It has been there 20 days I am also using orasore gel on it but it doesn't heal also 20 days ago I also got my tooth cleaned and root canal and dentist instruments also hurt there and yeah also I am 16 years old and don't drink and smoke. What is it. Is it oral cancer or just a sore???
