Sore in my mouth

Hello, I am suffering from a sore in my mouth.Its at the ending of left gum and its paining when swallowing food.I haven't ever used tobacco.Can it be normal cut and or its some other problem. I am attaching photos of my mouth.Can I know more about it. I frequently get canker sore but mostly in front part.

Hi , I know I am late but ..... Thought of putting my point of view also ....May be because of third molars as it's in that area It can be because of stress .. Because of exams or any other tension

Hello, you can do baking soda in water mouthrinses or apply baking soda over it. this will help to heal the ulcers. if it still persists consult a physician and get it checked. get your vitamin B levels checked. if required start taking suppliments.

The most important thing to consider is the duration of the ulcer in your mouth. Any ulcer/ lesion persisting for more than 15 days should be worrisome. From the images enclosed, this appears to be a routine aphthous ulcer which may have been caused by a traumatic injury and as you have mentioned that it occurs frequently, you may have a genetic predisposition or a a vitamin deficiency.
