Sore in armpits, tail bone and vulva

Hi Doctor, My wife had a delivery 9 months back. Post that she has been having recurring pus filled sores in her armpits, end of tailbone and on her vulva. There sores are very painful and persist for atelast a week. We do normal dressing and cleaning, it gets okay but again recurs at the same locations. She has no BP or diabetes. During pregnancy she was diagnosed with diabetes though. She has fatty liver grade 1 also. Please help.
