Son saying ear is paining.

Hello, When my son is eating that time he saying my ear is paining,not daily usually 3to4 time in a month.when he brush his teeth if by mystically brush touch on his upper teeth that time also he is saying ear is paining. Could you please suggest me what I will do? Thanks in advance
