Good morning doctors from past 4 days am feeling something is there in my throat causing tightening type also i had severe cough 1week ago now am fine but i feel something is touching my throat inside exactly where men will have an adams apple area please help am worried and panicking so muchhh is it serious ?

Could be a minor injury due to cough or acid reflux. Get a laryngopharyngoscopy done if symptoms doesn't subside.
