Somedays diarrhoea otherdays constipatio

I keep switching between diarrhoea and constipation. Sometimes I need to visit the washroom about 3-4 times . This usually happens in the morning and afternoon. Evenings are absolutely fine. There is no pain anywhere but I do feel drained after this. Other days I feel constipated. The only change that I have made is increasing the water intake.
