Some kind of pimple thing in my scalp

I was having normal hairfall from 2 -3 months but suddenly from last 2 weeks my haifall increased massively. So I decided to shave my head once.. I got shaved my head and I found some kind of pimples in my head .. the image of which is attached with it .. the image attached was  taken just after I shaved my head. What should I do which shampoo should I use to remove this?
